eCOGRA launch Free Gambling Dispute Service for UK

eCOGRAAll British players playing at sites regulated and licensed by the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) now have a free Gambling Dispute services from eCOGRA anytime they have a problem that has not been resolved by the operator.

This initiative by eCOGRA gives UK players an assurance that all their unsolved issues with any operator under the UKGC will be resolved. For instance, British players can now play safely at any of the UKGC gambling operators without fear of not receiving their winnings or any other disputes that may transpire.

ECOGRA, the UK based independent testing lab was authorized by UK Gambling Commission to operate as an alternative dispute resolution center for UK online gamblers. Previously, eCOGRA was best known for monitoring games, setting high operational standards as well as player treatment.

The Clear ADR Accredited Civil and Commercial mediator, Tex Rees is backing-up the free dispute resolution system and have been involved in resolving over 6,000 disputes.

The eCOGRA chief executive, Andrew Beveridge said that

more than 300 sites licensed by UKGC have accepted to make use if the service and this includes popular operators such as Unibet, Betway, Bwin.Party, and many others.

eCOGRA has developed a sophisticated system that will help players to resolved their disputes with any operator that falls under the UKGC. According to the system, disputes will be resolved within 72hrs
